Is Fiat and Chrysler's Pullback on Electric Cars Bad News for A123 Systems?
Greentech Media submits: By Michael KanellosFiat (FIATY.PK), the new owners of Chrysler, has apparently pushed back the effort to release an electric car, according to Reuters. Fiat has scrapped the Dodge Circuit, a two-seater electric sports car, as well as a plan to make a fleet of 220 electric and hybrid cars. Tesla Prices IPO at $17 Per Share
TechCrunch submits: By Leena RaoElectric car manufacturer Tesla is pricing its IPO at $17 per share, according to a release issued yesterday evening. Trucker J.B. Hunt Misses Q3 Estimates, Ups EPS 39%
Zacks.com submits: On October 14, 2010, J.B. Hunt Transport Services (JBHT), the third-largest U.S. truckload carrier, reported its third quarter earnings of 43 cents per share, which fell short of the Zacks Consensus Estimate by a penny. Earnings per share rose 39% year over year from the year-ago earnings of 31 cents. Earnings included the $4 million (or 2 cents per share) charge related to the donation to the Arkansas Children's Hospital.
